Root Phone quit working

Not actual phone but the dialer. Everytime i try to call it ends the app saying the was a problem. I recently put a new theme on but i cleared the caches and reflashed to stock theme.

what ROM? Did you delete any system apps or data? are you receiving incoming calls or texts?

Velocity 1.1. Didn't delete any apps or date. I can recieve texts. Whenever someone calls it rings but, I get a force close still.

if you have Velocity still installed boot into recovery and wipe all data/factory reset and the Dalvik cache then reinstall the Velocity fresh. The other thing you might want to check out is make sure your SD Card isn't bad.
