Help Phone Ringing Issue

I have just discovered that when someone calls me, the phone only rings once, is anyone else having this issue?? I am rooted and am on the pac in black rom. I don't know if this is a phone issue, or maybe rom specific. The phone rings once, then just vibrates 3 or 4 times. Isn't it suppose to keep ringing?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would look in settings because you might have checked something. And change the ring tone

Well, I think I found the issue. I had downloaded a few ringtone apps for the playstore and I went through these apps and installed the ringtones I liked. It just so happened that the particular ringtone I had as my default, there was a issue with it because it only rings once. I switched to another ringtone and called myself and now it continously rings until I pick it up. This is very weird. I have installed many ringtones, I don;t know at this time how many other ones are like that too.
