Root Phone ringtone not ringing....

Switched to Decks .500 the other night and loaded my ringtone of choice, however the phone only vibrates when I receive an incoming call. When I adjust the slidebar for volume I can hear my ringtone of choice, but when an incoming call nothing but vibrate. I am pretty sure I have checked all the settings and everything looks normal. Any suggestions? Thanks, might have to reload reloaded.:):)

Are you on rc1 or rc2 because I've had no issues rc2
 
I am on RC2 and the only box checked in "sound settings" is notification focus.

Man you guys are fast...:) posted then took the dog for a run, should havewaited 10 minutes....thanks for the quick replies

Is anything checked in the "quiet hours" box?
 
Even when I try to change to a android system ringtone, the results are the same

Okay, will give that a try, it's just strange because the ringtone seems like it's loaded correctly since I can hear it when I use the slidebar volume adjust, just not when the phone rings....:mad:
 
Just to add to the intrigue, my other notification sounds do work for emails, messaging etc....

Wiped, fixed and same result, think it's time to reload reloaded, would rather do that than have to walk around with my phone in my hand all day.

Yeah, I would try that as I cannot think of what else it could be.
Odd that it is only your phone ringtone.
You don't have another app controlling the phone volume do you? Could be overriding the other settings?

No other app controlling ringtone, the only thing I remember doing was I used quiet hours in a meeting and then came out of it, but can't say exactly that it quit working after that, because my custom ringtone did work originally when I first loaded it.

Thanks for your help Mikey and Biker, have another meeting to get to but will keep you posted on what transpires later this evening...:):)
 
Okay, well I ended up re-flashing decks and my phone is ringing again. Bad news is, still unsure why it happened. Good news is, TB is really nice when stuff like this happens. Thanks for everyone's help
