Root Phone Root

Ok. I already have that. So, I need to connect my phone to the PC in debugging mode and connected to the internet and then run that file from the second link?
 
Yes open up that zip folder and double click ADB. Then click on run.bat and a cmd window will open up
 
Make sure USb debug is checked. Make sure you are in Internet connection and NOT Mass storage.

Internet connection is usually the problem for people.


Settings/connectivity/defualt connection mode. Check internet while phone is plugged in

home internet has nothing to do with it. There is 3 options on your phone for USB connection. Mass storage, charging and Internet connection. Internet connection must be checked along with USB debug.

Once that is good open the run/bat file and try again. Your phone should reboot several times during the process. Then check it again.
 
Is your computer recognizing your phone when you plug it in?

Something is off in the steps somewhere because the ROOT works. Either the drivers aren't installed right or the phone isn't set up right. One or the other, it can't be anything else.
 
And are you choosing internet connection after you plug the phone to usb? From the pull down notification menu?
 
The LG drivers said they were installed successfully. That bat file runs really fast, so there's no time for my phone to reboot 3 times.
