Root Phone Root

Nope. Either the drivers aren't installed on your computer or internet connection is not enabled.

When you plug your phone in does your computer recognize your phone? From which THEN you can pull down the notification bar and select USB and click internet connection.

It should be working so obviously something is off somewhere.

On my phone it says I am connected to the internet and debugging is on.

Connected to the internet? What do you mean?

Plug in your USB cable. Pull down the notification menu.

Where it says USB connected click that.

Then click internet connection. Click done.

is that what your doing?

notification menu is where your battery and service icons are.

I don't mean internet connection as you have data service on your phone and that your able to browse the internet. i hope that's not what your talking about.

Yes. I am connected with usb cable, Internet and debugging is on.

Internet connection under USb connection right?

Not a "I can browse the internet connection".

uninstall the drivers and reinstall them and try again. If you have done ALL OF THESE STEPS CORRECTLY it should be working so something is wrong somewhere.

People on ZVC have rooted their phone with this over and over again and when it doesn't work right it's because the person missed something. That's why Im saying make sure everything is right.

The CMD window should recognize the phone when you put it in internet connection under USB.

Ok. It did run, but put it in a different area. Now it's saying it's not seeing my phone.

Does it say USB connected when you plug it in?

When you plug your phone in are you choosing mass storage to see if it recognizes it?

mass storage meaning 2 new drives will show up on your computer for the phone. Internal and Sd card.

What OS are you running on your PC?

Your PC might not be letting the drivers install correctly.

What OS are you running?

i just ran those drivers and everything installed fine.

If you are on Vista make sure User account control is OFF.

Well make sure any firewall or anti virus programs are all OFF.

your computer isn't letting the drivers install. I just ran those drivers and everything went fine and my phone still connects.

If that doesn't work just uninstall whatever you installed and connect your phone and let them install that way.
