Root phone stuck at strange screen

my phone was stuck at this screen for a little while before it shutoff

I cant read that on my phone,its too small.But i havent seen anything like that on turn off.

Nope.

I just read at xda,this happens on other lg phones too
Cant figure out why
But ota fixed it for others
Weird only one person has had this happen here.

well..i e-mailed them....*shrug* i did not do a ram dump..and i do not know how to get into that screen either...but i am going to see if they can help us unlock the bootloader (if they even bother e-mailing me back)
