Help Phone Stuck in Safe Mode

My phone recently got water spilled on it. I removed the battery and let it dry when I turned it on it was stuck in Safe Mode and still is. I've tried taking out the battery and holding different button combinations. Can someone help me out?

Sorry to hear that u spilled water but can i ask how long did you let the device dry out before powering up. Next thing i don't think insurance will cover and it may but if the buttons don't work or the soft keys don't work it may have shorted out from getting wet

Also I've been wanting to try a factory reset but I have a feeling It wont work and I'll keep booting into safe mode except with everything lost. :/ maybe I'll use the stock backup app and try it

I think the up button is stuck, or it thinks it's bring pressed because power+ volume up is safe mode combo.

Well what u can do is the rice and wait a few days while its in the rice when u remove from the rice have a can of air and remove the back don't shake the can of air and just spay where the volume rocker button is before u try to power up . Its not much to do if water come in contact with it but wait til it dry out .... in the future if you get a new device keep it in a case or get the water proof bag for the device .

I think I'm gonna take it to my local corporate store and make up and excuse to see if I can get a new one. If not then it's disassembly time!
