Root Phone Swap

I decided to make a claim and get a new phone after breaking my screen again. My Evo is rooted and I have a lot of stuff on my phone that I'd like ot transfer to the new phone. I will be rooting the new device once I get it activated. Can anyone tell me how to (if possible) transfer all data, games, fantasy football stuff, apps, etc to the new phone? I hate having to try tracking down apps and re-starting games and stuff like that.

Can your old phone function? As in, use Titanium Backup to backup apps/app data? Can you still see what is on the screen?

Yes, device fully functions and screen is fine except for 2 cracks.

moved you to the rooting section.

you can use tb to back everything except for system data. then once you get your new phone, just switch the sd card to the new phone and restore all user apps and data (do not restore system apps).
