I'm truly sorry that one member appears to have caused so much trouble for others. The Classifieds section relies on goodwill and an element of trust, and it's disappointing to think that someone would abuse that for personal gain.
Right now we're still trying for achieve some sort of resolution, hence no bans or thread locks. Please keep myself or Phases informed if there are any updates.

I dont see an iTrader system on this site. Do you have one implemented? It may be a good system for later down the road. The forums I frequently buy/sell on have the system; while it's not flawless, it has helped people buy with ease and inform others of a scammer right off the bat.
Def sorry to hear about people getting burned, it makes it much harder for legitimate sellers later down the line. Unfortunately, there is the element of trust, and there are less trustworthy people in the world than there used to be.

i been doing alot of research on the net about this guy. i found him trying to do the same at XDA. i posted and warned all over there as well. i got pictures and about 3 addresses of him. i have filed a dispute with amazon payments and will be going to my bank today.
if i have to visit these addresses myself and have to track him down the word food and straw will be how he tells people how he ahs to eat. he ripped off the wrong cat.

Doesn't matter. This guy gets your device, flashes them for cricket and metro pcs. Then sells them. That's why he doesn't care if the ESN is clear or not.
yep thats exactly what he does. i found him on the cricket users forums and thats exactly what he is doing.
u can find anything about anyone on the web. now i know exactly where to have the court papers sent.

As long as we have all contact between ourselves and him, emails, forum posts, texts...etc. Legal action is absolutely possible. That's considered a contract, and he didn't fulfill it. He knows this, and that's why he hasn't answered any of the 4 of us, because he knows he's caught. He got super defensive towards me when I called him on it, and even tried to turn it around on me, and say he was pressing charges for harassment and also filing a restraining order against me...lol. If I don't hear from him by tomorrow with a tracking # for my returned phones, Bucks county sheriffs office will be knocking on his door.
maybe they can recover the xoom he owes me

Is that what he was gonna give you? Or is that what you sent him? Because whatever he said he had for trade was a lie. He never had the Epic Touch I was supposed to receive in trade either. It was all BS so you would send your stuff first. Its a damn shame, because this one scumbag ruined it for a lot of trusting, honest members here, and now its going to be difficult for anyone to trade, buy, or sell anything here.
That's why I started my ratings/feedback thread but I don't think it gets looked at as much as it should.

I found him on the cricket forums trying to sell the blackberry storm 2 he stole from me for $50 bucks he has to be held accountable for his actions I say mods please ban him.

I think he self banned himself. (What?) He's caught, and I doubt he'll come back on. There's nothing he could even attempt to say to defend himself, so I doubt he'll even try. He's done, and he knows it.

He never had a xoom man. Never had a Galaxy S2, never had a laptop, the only thing he has is the stuff he stole from us and others, and flashed to a different network, and sold on another forum. Its messed you, and a very serious crime. He may think its not a big deal, that nothing's gonna happen, but the value of what's been stolen is a lot, and the courts will not take it lightly.

He hasn't been back here in 2 days, but is online at the cricket forum right now. I just looked at his postings,and there's my EVO and Epic still for sale. I know they're mine, because I sent him a dock with the epic, and he has that listed in the post.
Thats the epic he was suppose to send me lol he even said it came with a "cool little dock"
