And what really sux, I had a guy on xda that was going to trade me my 2 phones for his photon and the lapdock setup. He didn't reply right away, so this guy says he's got a galaxy s2 he'll trade. Honestly- I wanted a photon more than the s2. I'm a motorola fan.

i went on the that cricket forum and told the guy asking about the evos where they came from.
the good thing is i still have the receipt my evo and i have the esn for the epic he has of mine
dang, sucks bro, call the sheriff fast and ask him to take some legal action. i dont think theres a chance to get your phone back, the law might not do anything about that though,

That's why I started my ratings/feedback thread but I don't think it gets looked at as much as it should.
A feedback thread is definitely a good thing to have, but as seen here; not a preventative. The nice thing with iTrader is that it's directly attached to the person's profile, and shows up with every post the person makes. VERY easily identifiable, and when there's a -1 or more sitting on an iTrader directly attached to the person, you dont have to research them to know its a bad deal.
iTrader is just a mod for vbulletin: iTrader v2.0.1 - vBulletin.org Forum Because this forum is already vbulletin, you're good to go.
Just a suggestion. I know it wont help the situation at hand, but it'd be a preventative for the future.

No word from him. Just a nice little text battle between me and his"brother" last night. The guy is a scumbag. Tells me I'm psychotic, but yet he's pretending to be his brother, pretends he's terminally ill, and without thinking twice, rips off whoever he can. But I'm the psychopath for telling him I'm taking legal action because I caught him scamming. Never got the tracking #, which I knew was going to happen.
He thinks nothing can happen to him legally, which is untrue, and he's about to find out real soon.

Keep it legal, fellas. If there's a chance of legal action being taken we don't want to jeapardise it. Retain any and all correspondence, as PMs will be admissible evidence in any case.

Honestly? I don't know - I'm not even in the US. What I do know is that you've got black-and-white proof that a transaction was agreed, but not honoured. With PayPal's records of money changing hands that has to be of some use.
