Help Phone wont boot - Green & orange LED flashing

My rooted desire has been working fine since I have had it, today it was very laggy and i took the battery out and put it back in.

Now the phone does not boot up or into bootloader or Hboot. All that happens is that the led flashing green and orange continously.

Does anyone know how to fix? Im very worried about this.

sounds like the cpu is fried.
try sticking it in the fridge for a few mins then seeing if it boots
could also be a dead battery but i doubt it

I had a similar problem, after using a dodgy power charger the phone would only flash green/orange and wouldnt boot. Tried all kinds of things but in the end had to send it back under warranty
