Help Phone wont lock after lengthy phone call...

Lately I've had an issue where after I'm on a phone call for more then a couple minutes, the phone will no longer lock itself. After I hang up the call and hit "End" the phone will go black, but if you hit any buttons the phone will wake up and the screen lock will NOT appear. Its just at your home page or wherever you left off last.

Anyone had this problem? Fwiw I rooted the phone about 5 weeks ago, the problem has been epidemic the last few days. Only way to fix it is to power cycle the phone, total PITA since I find myself rebooting 3-4x day.

Hmmm I think it may have to do with one of the updates where lock fails. If you do a factory restore it should fix it... or try running Radioactive Froyo or one of the other ROMs.

The stock ROM is broken. And while I loved my Moment a year ago, just between you and me, if I was forced to give up my Evo or Epic and go back to the Moment, I'd shoot myself.

I had that problem a few months ago, it was due to one of the updates. If I remember correctly the DJ07 update fixes this issue. Try stock rooted or a DJ07 rom. I currently like bourine rom.
