Root Phone won't vibrate

So my phone stoped vibrating all together a few days ago. All the vibrate modes are turned on like haptic feedback and vibrated on cal and text but it never vibrates. Is this a problem with the rom or my phone?

Have you flashed a different kernel?

Okay I flashed another kernel and it still doesn't vibrate. I also flashed another rom and nothing.

If you tested the vibrate after flashing a new rom and not changing any settings, then that would mean it is your phone and should be covered in warranty.
