Root phone wont vibrate

phone wont vibrate. im running velocity 1.1 if that helps. Checked all of the settings. Vibe is on, not on airplane or silent mode. Button feedback also stoped working but i got that back just nothing when i recive a txt or call. I did clear my battery stats dont know if thats the problem? Also ....when i put the phone into silent mode i get no vibrarion.

Did you try plugging the positive negalator into the negative posilator?

I had the motor in my phone stop working. But if its vibrating at all then that wouldnt be it. Thats odd. And did you wipe your caches?
 
I didn't want to to do it but I ended up doing a factory reset and re flashed velocity. Not everything is back to normal. Was a pain to redo all my settings and apps but it vibes again.
 
I had this problem a few days back, too. I paniced and didn't know what to do..

I played around with settings, the volume buttons and still had no vibrate. I wasn't getting ANYTHING.

I ended up rebooting my phone... this worked for me.
