Is it possible to create new photo albums on the phone and move photos between album???? Tried everything on the phone and just can't seem to find anything???

There are file manager applications on the market that can do that. Alternatively, you can manage folders and files with a USB lead connected to a PC.
On my phone I have a photos folder and underneath that a series of folders, each one equating to an album.

Okay, just tried this with OI File Manager. It works!!! 
You do need to unmount and remount the SD card though or it will not show the new folder you created. Power off/on does not work! Make new folders in the SD card and move pictures to it. I wish I would have tired this a long time ago lol!

Thats what i figured. Nice idea but i dont think i will use it that much. Thanks for the info though!
