Root Pleaase Help

I am 2 weeks new to smart phones. I have a motorola triumph and i am trying to hook up my blue tooth and the volume is very low. i have turned up all the volume settings and googled about everything online but dont seam to find any solutions. my bluetooth it a motorola H690 and it works fine on my old phone and on my wifes phone. i have tryed my wifes bluetooth on my phone and it is also very low volume. is there a fix to this problem or am i doomed to never be able to have a blue tooth with this phone. thank you for reading this

Did you load a custom ROM on the phone? If so, if it was one of the CM7, or MIUI variants, there is a bug that's being worked out. If it's one of the stock ones or AOSP ones, I don't think they have that problem.
 
No i am using the phone the way it came fresh out of the box. I dont really understand what this rooted stuff means and how it would benefit me. I am very new to smartphone. This phone is already smarter than me.

OK, that would be the stock ROM. A ROM is a version on the OS and associated app and settings, like the way the icons look.

But back to your problem. I don't know of an issue with the volume on stock and bluetooth. I haven't used bluetooth on my phone much and I haven't been on stock for almost 8 months. I don't know what to do for you, I hope it works out.
 
Low BT volume is a known bug on the stock ROM, you can find it on Motorola's forum list of confirmed bugs here. Since there seems to be no bug fix coming up from Motorola, your only hope to get BT working well is if it works fine in CM7 but I didn't try it yet. I'm sure others can chime in.
