So I just called the internet sales team again. She confirmed that my order has been COMPLETED and they are just waiting on FedEx to send tracking numbers. She said my order was completed at around 10 a.m. eastern, which totally makes sense since my charge hit my bank account around 7 a.m. pacific here on the west coast.

So things seem to be adding up and she said to expect my phone tomorrow. We will see!

Ok, cool! So mine should have been completed as well then! Hope restored! I'm ready to put all of this behind me!
 
I just called the Internet Orders phone number to inquire about my order. Apparently my order is coming out of the Mid-West facility, and they are either waiting for additional phones, or SD cards before they can complete my order. It still should happen today, but there are no guarantees.

Anyone else having the same issue from the Mid-West warehouse?
 
I just picked up my phone at fedex and I can't wait to get home and charge it. The micro USB looks different than the one on my Droid. It is very light and thin and this is a happy day. I hope everyone gets their phones soon.

they said the same thing to me. She said my order my processed at 7 am this morning and it should ship this afternoon. gonna call again soon

Got it. It left from Memphis 0943 and scheduled to be here by 1630 tomorrow!

question? is it overnight shipment, or regular 2 day thing

because when i called the reps assured me that orders getting out on wed will be overnight to make sure it gets to u thursday

Before you got your email with the tracking number, what did your order status page say? After you got your email with the tracking number what does your order status page say? I'm growing anxious!!
 
After two more calls this morning of people telling me "nope, everything is fine, we just haven't gotten to you yet..." my account was *JUST* charged.

Thank god! I've never been so happy to see a charge on my account!

I hope everyone else in here gets the same good news soon :D

dont mine still says your order is being processed plz check back tomorrow.

But cc is charged and the rep told me my order was fully processed waiting to be shipped as we speed
 
I just did get my email with tracking number. I should have it by 3pm tomorrow! Yay (exhale).

My status still says "processing, check back tomorrow." I think I remember reading in one of my emails that they won't bill your bank until they ship.. so for those that have been billed, but no shipping message/tracking number, don't worry. It's in the shipping process if they've billed you, they're just behind on the emails.

I have my tracking number, but the Check Order page still says processed, check back tomorrow. So, you might get the email before that page is updated.

My phone is coming from the mid-west warehouse. I just got off the phone with internet sales. The CSR told me that my order just completed and that I will recieve my tracking number after 4:30. I'm in northwest Minnesota.
 
FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY!! Just got my shipment confirmation email from Verizon! Note: my status still says "currently processing, check back tomorrow"

Sorry if this has already been asked, but is it normal for the order number on my shipment email to be different than my original internet order number????

I just received the first email with the ACE order number. Do we know what this number is for? Also, anyone from the Carolinas waiting on the tracking email? I'm not sure which hub would be the starting point.

It's amazing that pre-orders made in the middle of last week still go to the end of the line. I wish I just ordered last night. Then I would definely get mine tomorrow!
 
Update on my order that had been in "Please check back tomorrow" status FOREVER. Just called VZW -- the order didn't show up on their system. I refresh my window and the order goes back to "Order received". He has me transferred to Internet Sales -- while he does that I refresh my my window again -- now it goes back to the check back status.

Then my bank account got charged. He laughed and said that when he tried to transfer me the guys told him they just got done completing a bunch of orders 3 min prior.

Said its set for overnight delivery -- at my door by 4pm tomorrow.

ABOUT TIME!
 
I just received a call from a Verizon fulfillment center. Apparently they were trying to enter my office mail code as a street number and the address was rejected! I clarified the address for them and she said it would be shipped today and delivered tomorrow.

Always the details! Let's see how soon my status changes online.
 
Everyone that has been receiving tracking number emails, what time locally was it for you when you received the tracking email? It's still only 10:49 locally here. The lady on the phone said by lunch time (my time) I should have an email.

It's almost 2pm EST and I still haven't received anything. Ordered on 4/21.
