I ordered on the 27th (yesterday) at about 10 am. My status still says this:

Order Date: 04/27/2010
Order Number: 327xxxxxx
Order Status: Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow.

Ugh!!! Should I dial 611 or something? They promised it would be here tomorrow! What do I do!!!!???


Edit: Called 611 *got a very nice lady*. Although order is being processed and does not have a tracking number, my phone will be here by 7:30 tomorrow! Yipee :) The wait is nearly over!!!
 
My credit card was charged 2 days ago...but I guess if it comes tomorrow then it still fits into the "You should receive your order within 2 - 3 business days" time frame. Just annoying when every one else is getting theirs early! And at least give me a tracking number!
 
Anyone that gets a tracking number email from here on out, please post what time locally that your received the email. Thanks!

We will all have to have tracking numbers by 4:00 p.m. local time if we are to get a phone tomorrow right?
 
Ok so here some info that might help some of you: all central times

I ordered 2 inc's

- one on the 23rd at 8:55pm got my order processed sometime on the 26th late at night with no problems. My shipment notification from verizon I received on the 27th at 9:04am the next morning....this was send 2 day shipping...had put in the free code for overnight just to be on the safe side! It is on time and will be here on the 29th....it was send from Memphis.

- the second one I ordered yesterday on the 27th at 12:57pm and it got processed later that night...again...no problems but with an order number that started with 520 instead of 327 like my first order. The shipping notification for this one I received today the 28th at 10:52am. Again this phone will be send from Memphis. will arrive tomorrow the 29th as well.

Now when I ordered yesterday the rep told me I can leave the free 2 day shipping and don't have to pay for overnight since it is a pre-order and I will receive my phone either way on the 29th. So for those that paid....GET UR MONEY BACK!!!!
I will also say that I stopped by my fedex facility to ask if I can pick up the phone in the morning...well, that was after I actually called fedex and was denied..."after one attempt..blah blah"...well, when I got to the holding facility they said sure no problem...punched in my tracking number and saw that there was actually already put a hold on it.....so I will pick both my phones up tomorrow morning at 9am unless one gets here tonight before closing!

I have been on the phone with verizon customer service and online orders...so if you guys have any question..feel free maybe I can help.....:D
 
Wizeguy, when I spoke with the lady earlier today she said that my phone already had a tracking number from Fedex, but they couldn't release it. I called at about 1 EST and asked the guy to send the number to me. When I looked it up in Fedex, it looked like they had sent out the order at 0948.
 
I ordered 4/24 still havent recieved tracking number.

Rep told me my order was processed at 1100est its 1447est im really worried probably not gonna get it thursday which is pissing me oFF

Talked to internet sales today, and she said my order has been completed, but still shows same thing on VZW.com. She said they have until 4:30 to get the phones out for delivery for tomorrow. We'll see what happens, but she assured it has been completed.
 
Update. FedEx already picked up the package in Ontario, California. I live in San Diego. It's schedule to be delivered tomorrow by 3:00 p.m.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6pm, but depending on the carrier, you might get the email later. Sometimes I don't even get an email, but I still receive my package. It all depends on how backed up the carrier is. I wouldn't worry, if you ordered before the deadline, you will most likely get your phone tomorrow sometime.

This email that I posted above is the first email I have received since my order confirmation email on 4/20. I never received any other emails. My order status page has also updated now showing that my item has shipped! It has the FedEx link there too. :D

Got my tracking number this morning - shows FedEx picked up the package at 7:32 a.m., and is scheduled to be delivered by 4:30 p.m. tomorrow.

Since I'm having it delivered to my work I'll check back with our shipping department to let them know I'm expecting a package.

So glad I called Internet Sales yesterday to reenter my order rather than depending on Telephone Sales; once they got involved things moved along very quickly.
 
I couldn't wait any longer since I still have not seen any changes or email messages since Sunday, so I called back to the Internet Orders line. A very pleasant rep stated that she shows my order was filled and completed about an hour ago, and they are just waiting for a FedEx number to email me. It is scheduled to ship today with a delivery of tomorrow.

That makes me feel better, and does make sense since I still haven't received a shipping notice for the case I ordered last night that has a guaranteed delivery by 3:00 tomorrow.
