Root Please help!!!bricked phone lgnpst not working

ok so i fd up my phone with rom manager.i downloaded lgnpst but i cant get the program to open it keeps sayin skin.dll isnt there someone please help me i really need my phone because i do not have a house phone

you need to uninstall it and reinstall exactly as instructed rebooting between each piece installed.

i dragged the ms690.dll over to reggie and it says exception error.im stuck

Make sure to right click on reggie.exe and change to XP compatibility if running Vista or Win7.
