Root please help cant boot phone

when i boot my phone into velocity it is stuck a the velocity screen and just stays there. this was after i insatlled gnm turbo4 with kernel. please help

Boot into recovery manually. Do to this power on the phone holding SEND+MENU+PWR until you see the lg logo then let go. From there try restoring a backup or re-flashing a rom.

Did you give it 5-10min to boot up for the first time? First boot will take a while.
