Root PLEASE! HELP! everything on sdcard not showing up (apps)

Every app was on my sd card and none of it will show up anymore all I did was remove the sd card then a few min. Later I put it back in and nothing will show NOTHING.
 
you shouldnt remove the card. ive done that and it broke apps2sd. you will need to re-flash the rom you were using. remeber before flashing you wipe sd:ext plus the data/cache/dalvik cache.
 
Still can't get it I have raptor and I flashed velocity back and launcher pro kept fcing but the apps were loading I really really need help I also have clockwork recovery I am clueless :( :confused: :(
 
my #1 tip is that you should always keep a copy of your sd on your computer.

tip two is dont take out the sd card unless you have it backed up.
it may/will lose info.

i am new at alot of this so i could be wrong,
but its like unplugging any kind of flash when its being used.

I use SE X8 about 2 weeks and I use quiet a lot of apps...and now im running out of memory on phone...so, can you install your apps on memory card without rooting or doing stuff like that?
im not familiar with that rooting stuff and dont really know what is it all about, but i've seen a lots of peeps around here are doing that with their phones...
anyway, plz answer on that app question... tnx :)
 
If you are running the latest update (Android 2.2.x), you can go into Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications. There will be a list of apps there. Select each one and see if Move to SdCard is an option. One piece of advice: Do NOT move any app that uses a widget or the widget will stop working.

Make sure you restart your phone afterwards.
