Root please help me root my lg ally

ok i have been searching for hours trying to root my lg ally i heard universal androot is shut down now so can anyone help me please ive tried z4root and it wouldnt work either and i was going to try super click one but i can find a website to download it to my computer

GengerBreak APK will work for 2.2.1 too (and maybe 2.2.2 not tested) and can be ran from the phone like z4root was. Make sure to backup your SDcard to a computer just to be safe. [26.04.2011][v1.2] GingerBreak APK (root for GingerBread) - xda-developers
