Root please help, reflashing backside!!!

could someone please tell me how to reflash newest backside rom. It keeps force closing before its done booting up, but the phone still works but with a black background
Do I have to start all over wiping data and formatting,doing gapps again or can I just reflash.
please someone help,I don't know what or how to do this.

You have now gotten a really good mess on your hands.
Wipe and format everything necessary for a new ROM install. Install the Gapps as well.
Since you have such a mess on your hands I would suggest using the wipe data/factory reset option as well (at least just this time).

In the future when you need to install an update to a current ROM all you will need to do is wipe the cache partition and the dalvik cache.

You will not need to flash the Gapps.
