Help Please help with SD Card! - Galaxy Note 2

Lurker
Hi,

My SD card all of a sudden can't be read after I updated my Galaxy Note 2 to Android 4.1.2.
It could be because of the update or maybe not, but it happened near the same time.

The SD card is Kingston 32GB Micro SD HC Class 4.

When the SD card is in the phone, I go to Settings->Storage.
Under "SD card" in storage, it says "Mount SD Card / Insert SD Card".

Also, my computer can't even read it either.

Does anyone know what I should do next?

Thanks!

Assuming your using windows and its not picking it up as a logical drive (drive letter x) Look in disk management and see if it see's the physical disk.

Moved to Galaxy Note 2 section where it will hopefully get more attention from people familiar with the device - some Android devices handle SD cards differently.
