Root Please Help

Hi,
I'm new and in a mess.
I rooted my phone and (stupidly) have no back up of my origional Rom.
I tried to install a moded ROM and it seemed to install properly.
Now when I boot I get to the 02 logo and the boot crashes.
ClockworkMod Recovery v2.5.0.7 does work.
I have read the forums and tried to install zipped ROMS from my SD Card.
I can't run 'exe' ROMS from my computer as they don't recognise the phone
I have made a gold card but when I try to install new ROMs I get the message 'tc desire main version is older'

The info I get when I switch on is

ok first of all
what rom did you flash?
did you wipe data/factory reset in recovery before flashing
i think it will be quite easy to get you back if you can still access recovery?

please reply and well try and sort you out

Many thanks Rastaman-FB for replying. I solved the problem by using this ROM the phone now works.
