I have had this problem when the router encryption isn't right. Android can sometimes have an issue with certain ones. Can you tell us what device you have and we will point you in the right direction. Thanks!

You might want to try reseting the router first, however, like Anti mentioned some more information about your device would also help us.

Hello and welcome aboard.
Unplug the router for a minute or two... Or power it off/on with the button or switch - depending on the model you have.
If problem persists, let us know the name of your device as AntimonyER said..so we'll be able to steer you where someone might be able to assist you further.
