  • Hello after downloading a .apk app my samsung s4 uk phone its now saying insert sim card even tho its in there and I rooted the phone ages ago and unrooted it again tried updating software and says it can't I have a folder on my internal memory that says root witch I found on the phones poloris but won't let me delete it please help the phone has been rebooted and wiped clean and the worse thing was I have thought I had insurance a d I don't please help a man in need thanks dean

What app was it that you downloaded? Did you download it from Google Play (or another reputable Android app store such as Amazon) or from some other location?

Side note, I've move this to the S4 forum :)
