Help PLEASE...NEED HELP w/ LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL for UPGRADE

Trying to upgrade my Optimus M using the update tool from the LG site. I d/l all drivers onto PC, but when I connect phone with USB, PC does not connect to phone to allow me to load drivers.....VERY FRUSTRATED.

Need assistance...THX

You need to install the drivers yourself.....

OK, where do I d/l them to? I assume I have to turn on USB storage to view the phone folders......where do the drivers go?

You open them with the computer, you dont put them in the phone. you install it like a program.
