Please post here when you receive ics ota

I just downloaded it. It came in two packs; one is 22mb (V6B) and the other is 389mb (V7).

Unpacking and installing now. :)

"Optimizing application xx of 86."

Jeez -- 86 applications. How many do you have?

Mine sat at a screen for a while saying to not remove power from the phone. It then rebooted went to the LG screen and rebooted again. Now it's at the 4G LTE screen sitting there.

I won't be able to take it til I get home tonight from work (8pm pst), so let me know how you like it and ill decide if I want to take it.

So far so good!!! I've made a couple of phone calls with ICS and I don't get "huh" or "what" from people anymore........yet.

Nice one. Let me know how your battery life and antutu tests are (if you do them) . I found Web browsing to be a bit sluggish on the leak, but that could be a fluke.

Downloading now. Leland nc so i guess its up for everyone to grab.. this is my 4th replacement so its got a newer imei..

Can someone who also ran the leaked ics ROM compare the differences in performance, looks, feel etc. of the official ics to the leak? I think it would bree helpful for people too have an idea of what its like to see if they want to take it. All of this talk is almost making me tempted. Lol thanks

Got it! in two parts. First was update to V6b (about 26MB), second was actual update to V7 (about 390MB). Took forever to scan SD card; did that with the leaked version from here too when I tried that out, of course it is a 32GB card, but really it took 15 or 20 mintutes!

The OTA keeps failing for me...I was rooted, but unrooted, defrosted everything. Reverted to stock. Idk why? (Root was all I have done, no CWM or ROMS)

mines is a 32gb class 10 and it scanned in just under a minute

i have 12gb of music

Wtf? Anyone know what this means? I restored to stock from the leaked rom with the unrooted v6 cwm zip.. restored stock recovery and wiped the phone from that twice.

24 minute download with LG Updater. V7 running now.

I like how it tells you at what pace your phone is charging. I still had mine connected to the USB on my laptop...and it explained that it was charging slowly due to the USB connection.

it feels smoother
on the leak when you go to the app drawer theres lag now theres no lag at all
you can tell its way faster than the leak
overall performance wise compare to the leak it way faster and smoother.
