then it said reboot i did now my motion shows the lg..no metro sign then stays on black screen help

I don't think beats audiois compatible I could be wrong but sounds like you need to unbrick

you can probably hard reset it but you will most likely lose all your data.

Use sammyz unbrick guide. Its one of the sticky threads up on top

its hard but try not to panic. take a deep breath relax and try again. if it still doesn't work maybe someone besides me will have a better idea or maybe you can return the phone. hope it all works out.

Just follow the instructions and you should be okay, as long as you can get into emergency mode.

Yep, unbricking/rewriting the system is the only cure unless you know what/where all the modules for beats got loaded. Even then it would be a PITA.

@nizelovelots it is always better to try unbrick guide first. Why?
Because doing a hard reset erases contacts/apps etc.
Doing an unbrick first DOES NOT erase anything except root and any thing else you put in /system folder

i did say for him to wait and see if there where better options and told him that hard reset would erase everything. i wasn't thinking tho because you are right your unbrick method is way better. i will try to think things out better in the future.
