ahhhhh.....brings back the memories.
still trying to get castlevania working.
i love gameboid.
makes up for the serious lack of good games on the android market

care to share any other games you have found that work well and are fun?
 
I dont really care for emus on the eris, the controls don't seem to work very well in the few emus i tried. If we had a dedicated keyboard it would be a different story but for now i can live with what the app store has to offer. Hopefully we'll get more iphone games ported over.

pokemon for one is simple. have had no issues and ive already played up through 2 gyms.

I'd love to see Myst for the Eris. It would be a perfect game imo for a phone with it's puzzle solving, etc. But I don't think it has the juice for it and probably wouldn't be done properly anyway.
 
Hey guys, I have a question I want to play these games especially pokemon, but I don't know how to use emulaters, whenever I click gameboid lite it says you must have the GBA bios file before you can play any games. How do I get the file. Feel free to email me, thanks.

these games are being played on emulators

1. lookup and install "gameboid" from the market, thats the emulator
2. find roms with google and put them on your SD card
3. play the game through gameboid

if you need more detailed instructions, look around on the forums

I can do all that and i have, but it says i need to download bios, please help

You need to download a gameboy advance BIOS. Not all games actually use it, but its required as a precautionary measure.

Since its technically illegal to post here, since the BIOS file is copyrighted by Nintendo. But I'll send you a PM with a link.
