Possible to install Adobbe Flash Player?

Is it possible to download and install Adobe Flash Player 10.1 for out Fascinates without the 2.2 update? If so, would it be recommended or would it cause some problems?

its not good.....i installed that and the first page i went to that "required flash player 9 or higher" would not even play....it was ebaumsworld.com by the way if anyone else wants to try before and after installing this supposed 10.1 flash update

Yeah finding that myself. Too early to till if its even 50-50. Seems like the "good ones" still dont work.

Once you install the flash apk file, how can you uninstall it? [Sorry I'm relatively new at this].

Hi! I'm new to the Samsung Fasinate. Just got mine last Friday. Just to answer your question about flash have you tried "Skyfire"? I know it is not flash but what it does is they transform the flash move to something that is playable on the devices that dont have Froyo yet. Worked good on my Droid 1 before update. I don't know if it worked on all sites though. Just do a search and find out more about it.

Did you reboot after you installed it? You have to reboot or it wont work

I installed this and went to www.whatismyflash.com and that is reporting I have 9.1.122. I'm almost positive yesterday it said a version of 8....hmmm....

The stock version of flash lite or whatever it is that comes pre-installed on the phone shows as 9.1.122

After trying several different sites Im way under 50%. In fact, I think its less than 33%

Of course. This "update" hasnt done anything for me at all.....

Matter of fact it broke mafia wars on fabook for me. Some of it still works but for instance the "properties" page will not load now. Neither will the right side "my mafia" section on the home screen. Shows a logo that indicates it requires Flash 9.....this sucks. How do we uninstall?
