Post here if you received the OTA update.

Any Behold winners got their update yet? I'm starting to think that we got pushed to the back of the line.

I bought mine off of ebay, no update for me yet:(
It probably was from someone who won the phone! ;)

I know that when I called they stated they couldn't verify the phone (thus they couldn't do an exchange)... so who knows when they will send it to the winners.

I read somewhere its being done in order of serial numbers. I bought my at a Tmo store in Dec 2009.

pretty sure thats not how they are doing it.. unless the imei is different from the serial number... because other people with higher imeis have already got them.. but not i

In Portland Oregon and no update for me yet.

Can't wait to get it.. the messaging bug is real annoying. It will eventually force close and when it does that, i lose all my threads. Ahh..

Just curious, why are so many people posting that they haven't received an update? It gets my hopes up when I see a recent post and it's just the 55th person in a row to say they haven't gotten an update yet. Just a thought.

I did it to point out my location maybe someone can figure out their pattern

Heys guys Ive been reading all your post and I spoke to a tmobile rep around 6pm eastern time. I live in NJ and have not recieved the update. The tmobile rep said the updates are not being sent out by location but by the IMEI number which means nothing to us normal people. Its saddening that tmobile waits to the very last day to send out 99 percent of the updates.

The IMEI numbers are not being updated in order so no one has a clue how they are doing it.

If Samsung was doing it, that might make sense, but since its TMO, they don't know your IMEI (At least they always ask me when I call in to unlock a phone). But they do know your SIM number. Just a thought, I could be way off.

Not sure but don't think so. I have had the same sim card just different phones for the past 4 years

Actually tmobile does you can see your own IMEI number in the My Account app under device>quick tools> Phone info. so its not too far fetched to say tmobile knows your IMEI unless they can't see the info on the my account app. Or maybe they are going by sim number

Just got off phone with tech android rep at T-mobile and he confirmed that OTA is going out in batches based on IMEI each day!

If you can, Please do ADB Pull /system ( Hard drive Location ) of the New update & post it on 4shared for me..

Thanks,

does this update fix the email (exchange) issue where it just stops syncing?? this is annoying, I need my emails, especially the critical ones and the phone just stops syncing after a day or so.
