Home screen uses Lightening Launcher with invisible icons overlaid critical points on wallpaper.
For instance, the large yellow swirls on either side, near bottom are phone and browser.

Lockscreen is basically stock cm7. Overlaid a broken screen graphic I found somewhere, over my wallpaper file in Photoshop. The broken glass focal point is lined up with the holo ring (minimal) locker, which I have made invisible.
It "glows" when touched.

I made this holo lockscreen mod as a morph, in various colors with a template for Photoshop to help center a visual element of your lockscreen wallpaper so you remember where to touch. I can post a link if there's any interest. For cm7.

My wife hates to use my phone cause she can never figure it out. That's ok with me.

I got lazy this time and instead of resizing the skins to fit the S3 i just made some walls to use with MultiPicture Live wallpaper to hide the gaps . I love having a different wallpaper every time I open my phone

how did you change the date to dd/mm/yyyy and 24hr format on the clock?? I've looked in the settings, can only change the weather to imperial

uccw...date.... controls #5...change layout to whatever you want... time...controls #5...format to 00-24 or 0-24, whichever you prefer..this is of course assuming that the skin allows editing, some are locked as is.

I Had to give up my affair with Lightning Launcher because while it's fairly fast I'm a speed demon bordering on obsessiveness who likes to get as close to the speed and smoothness of stock as I can so I returned back to the traditional AOSP style launchers (Holo HD in my case). My last theme using vertically scrolling large uccw cards was was largely motivated due to JB not having a "cardock" mode for driving but last night I installed CarHome Ultra which solved that problem so I decided to go back to speed and minimalism now that I don't need big icons anymore. I got this theme from "Black Simplicity" on mycolorscreen.com
