Try Amazing Text. You can create text icons like simple text and it lets you add a shadow effect.

You're using Nova prime right m you can put widgets on the dock on Nova Prime. Google for how to turn on the secret 'Labs' menu (I forgot how). One of the options there is 'allow any size widget on dock'

Found it. In nova settings, hold volume down for 2-3 seconds
Hit a problem.. you cant add a gesture to widgets in the dock

yeah... I am been on stock with the new phone I barley have the thing rooted haha but my themeing blood is starting to itch need to look into what this S3 can actually do
