Post your Atrix home screen

thanks to both of you again, but i uninstalled it. it certainly took care of what i wanted (diff wallpaper for each screen), but the cropping options were horrible. i wish it had the default one that comes with the phone. i really dont feel like doing it on computer and then importing it to the phone just to find it doesnt quite fit right, then having to go back and repeating the proccess again. damn.

Hey Sabesh, did you make the icons bigger than the normal size Blurr has the icons? You're using Folder organizer right? If you are can you tell me how you're able to make it bigger or whatever app/setting you've used to make your folers bigger.

Woops, I just saw this. I have sold off my Atrix, so let me try and remember. I think I didn't change the icon size, but adjusted the row/column # on LauncherPro Plus which made the icons bigger somehow, lol, Cheers.

Aww, why did you sell your Atrix? :(

I was shooting for simple and professional:

Using Launcher Pro, Light Grid Pro Live wallpaper with custom colors, Folder Organizer, and Beautiful Widgets with the 'ds Brilliance' Super Clock Skin. Using battery circle in the notification bar which has the 1% fix for Moto phones.

Keeping it tight and simple, plus I'm maintaining decent battery life and 530+ megs of ram free at all times.

Hey Gang,

Since we've all had our Atrii (or whatever plural Atrix is :p) for a while now and have a screenshot app as well I'm curious what everyones homescreen looks like. Post your Homescreen if ya want.

Heres mine:

Azazel,

How do you get the notification at the bottom for your emails? I can't seem to figure out how to do so.

oldmanjenkins,

Its a feature of launcher pro. you enabled it in the preferences>dock settings>unread Gmail count <check this off.

Hope this helps.

What is everyone using to get different skins for the gps/bt/wifi toggles?
Im thinking of buying the full version of Launcher Pro... is it worth it?

So I've recently started using Go Launcher EX and I've been noticing in my battery usage breakdown that "Android System" is now using about 30% of my battery, where it traditionally used to be around 8-10%.

The Go Launcher app itself is only using about 4%. But is there something in these launcher apps that makes the android system use up more power? I"m definitely noticing my battery dying faster with the same amount of use as before.

What I would do, is use a 'home/launcher switcher' (or uninstall go launcher), and make sure the stock launcher screens are completely clear of any widgets at all. I'd also clear out any icons so that all you have are 7 blank screens (no livewallpaper either). Now, go back to (re-install) go launcher and you should see some drop in battery usage.

I had mines setup the same way (no widgets or icons on default motoblur) then used Launcer Pro and I also noticed an increase in battery drain from 'Android system' and LP. I'm going to try using the stock interface for now until 2.3.3.
