My guess is Launcher Pro with a custom dock (and transparent icons so the text only shows up in the dock skin)

If you're talking about the third picture with the green note, that's actually the MIUIv3 music player... or I could be confused on what you're really asking..Very nice
The top notification(white note, I just changed that to a speaker icon today
) is for the music player... in the dropdown status menu, it's just displaying the ongoing stuff... so, hopefully I answered your quesition..

lol, I thought the music control is in the notification bar (above the icons on the notification bar) but it seems that it's a widget on the first page XD So do you have the MIUI ROM on your Atrix?

, no worries... Don't have the MIUI ROM, I know they are trying to get it ported, but I've been taking bits and pieces of it and trying it out... I really like the music player, but it doesn't go into landscape when I have it in the car dock..

This has been probably answered before, but how can I change the style / colour of the notification bar? Do I need to root / install a custom ROM, or is there a simpler way?
