Stole this idea from the incredible forums, and obviously given that the sf hasn't been out as long it won't be as full, hopefully soon there ll be a lot more to post. :cool:

Rom: None currently, just stock de-bloated 2.1 u1
Kernel: Dirrk's D01 1200sv Voodoo
Theme: stock (atm)
Recovery: well we all have the same clockwork
Launcher: Lpp
Extras: DX mt keyboard (i alternate with swype)
 
Rom: AOSP Magic With Bloat Removed
Kernel: Voodoo 1200 LV
Theme: Incognito
Recovery: Clockwork
Launcher: Launcher Pro Plus
Extras: Themed Black Apps Mod, Ultralinx Stuff :)

Theme: Havent found a good one yet. Themes cause lots of problems for my phone
Recovery: CWM HAS SAVED MY ASS ONE TOO MANY TIMES
Launcher: Launcher Pro Plus (BEST LAUNCHER EVER)
Keyboard: Swiftkey
Boot Animation: Nexus
Notification Sound: DRRROOIIIIDDDDD
 
Rom: None, once there are more choices this will change
Kernel: BareBones Kernel TEST20 w/ BLN + Voodoo color fix
Theme: Stock
Recovery: CWM
Launcher: Stock, it's actually grown on me, I really like it and have no need to change
Extras: Vibrant launcher(naked app menu), removed AM/PM to prevent burn-in & DroidX keyboard.

I'm pretty happy with what I have right now, although I wouldn't mind have some ROMs to try out.

Theme: slightly modified stock

Launcher: Vibrant Touch Wiz (w/ grey bar removed from bottom row icons, has google search built into it and alphabetical grid option for app tray w/ the colorfull squares removed)
Extras: de-binged/bloated, Froyo Market, Samsung's Car Home (access to google maps, search, etc.), Samsung Captivate Keyboard.

I'm rooted because I like having options, but I'm also probably one of the few people that is a fan of TW. I'm keeping it as stock as I can. Besides the quadrant scores, I didn't "feel" a great deal of speed increase between voodoo and stock. Every phone is different though. Patiently waiting to see what 2.2 brings to the table.

The "Magical Unicorns" ROM doesn't exist. Just something I made up. :D

I like the cross mfg posting. From experience I find that I get tunnel vision sometimes focusing on just my device. I like branch out and share what I have and pick up info on what other people are doing with other devices. I think it adds to a sense of community =) for me atleast.
