when i kill these, they just pop right back up??
A lot looks to be OS / AT&T / Samsung apps, so they are written to load/reload. For the rest:
Watchdog - duh...
Dual Clock - a widget you have running maybe? If so it'll restart next time the phone goes to post info to the widget. If not/never try killing it thru more stock/built-in means, you might be able to teach the phone to not preload it.
Antivirus - if it auto scans apps on installs or at a time interval then you'll see it, tho it might stay dead till the next instance it wants to scan.
Dialer - from what I've seen, if you successfully kill it you can't make or receive calls.
BattStatt - widget so same as Dual Clock
BatteryBooster - It will re-spawn when it sees fit, or possibly a widget.
Facebook - using the widget I assume, else it might be set to auto/background sync so it will restart itself.
Media Hub - do you actually use it? Else follow what I said for not using Dual Clock, I did and I never see it running anymore.
