Root power drain issue

now i have noticed thow that i always start setcpu and it always turns off or nevr shows as a running app. on any menu
than iwell start it an check again and it shows ti again as running
now this is with my bat saver app running all time thow so i am going to run it to day with out the bat app and see if it is the reason the setcpu is always being turned off
also just ot let you know that in the widget i notice that the numbers are lower for the max as they are if i was to open to the man app of setcpu is there a reson for that

i never used a battery saver app. it could be killing setcpu, but i'm not sure. and i never used the setcpu widget to be honest so not sure why there is a discrepancy there.
