Hi, my power button recently stopped working and was wondering what is the best way to go about making another button wake the screen and using either the same or a different button to make it go to sleep. I have tried using an app that puts it to sleep when the icon is pressed but I would much rather use a hardware button. Thank you.

You would have to remap a key inside the firmware. Like say turn your camera button into the power button?

Ok I'm on velocity 1.2 how would I do that to remap the camera button but only when pressed all the way

I forget but is there options on the sleep and wake buttons in the spare parts or other system settings under velocity settings menu?

I use todo key remapping on android tablets... maybe i can do something for the ally il look into it
