Just wandering how hard it would be to change the powering off with a menu on the current roms?

Reboot
Recovery
Power off
Download
Airplane mode

That type of stuff...

look on goggle play store and d/l and install quick boot. its really a great help. but you do have to be rooted.

That would be sweet! :) I know you ROM junkies like myself would love to have that menu.. it just makes things a little easier than fumbling with batteries and buttons whilst powering the tiny device back up...

I just use rebooter in ROM Toolbox. I haven't pressed buttons to get into recovery, quick reboot, normal reboot, or even status bar reboot in a LONG time.

+1^^^ use quickboot here(old M860 habits die hard)
One less apk on a phone.limited on space is always a

yo big dog
how about dump the code ya swipe from quickboot and dump it in the option menu like
where u set up widgets and wallpapers an junk. that way its smaller and quicker due to
adding in the kernel read.

Exactly. This is what I use.

It has quite a few reboot options.

I have Reboot and Reboot to Recovery (best yet) as DockIcons and nicely themed using DroidIcon. My Reboot Icon simply says Reboot and Reboot to Recovery is an Android broken into pieces.

It also contains Hot Boot and Bootloader in addition to Reboot and Reboot to Recovery.

It works great and is almost instant. If I want to boot into CWM it takes a second and workd right from my dock.

It should be very easy to slip this into any custom ROM.
