Optional A2SD support is included now -- it's by far the most requested feature now that apps are growing in size.

Loving your work teppic74 many thanks I updated from your stock froyo rom today.

Do you have any plans on adding the track pad awake mod as I did find that useful ?

Good work teppics.
Qick question, about if this below statement applies to me:

Q. I have installed the official HTC developer Gingerbread update. Can I install this?
A. Not at the moment. You've locked your phone and there's currently no way to unlock it.

I did install this RUU a few days prior:
RUU_HTC Desire Android 2.3 Upgrade (Gingerbread).exe

Thanks.

I read somewhere here that Paul O'brien had temp rooted. How accurate that is though....

has anyone tried to run visionary++, oneclick or gingerbreak against it?

EDIT: nice one for this teppic. and welcome back

I've tried the gingerbreak command line binary, which didn't work (but from an su'd non-root id on a rooted phone -- not ideal).

Double helix or STFU! ;)

I get an error while writing the boot image with this ROM (from MCR recovery) and installation is aborted.

I've never had such an error when installing ROMs before, had done full wipe, tried a couple of times, same result. The MD5 is correct for the file.

I pmed the exact info to teppic but no reply thus far, so if anyone can help I'll appreciate it.

Unfortunately I can't remember the exact text, it was something like "error in line 72". I did include the exact error info in a direct message to teppic on XDA, but have received no reply.

No, it doesn't appear to be possible to read the text of sent messages on XDA, guess I'll have to try and flash it again just to see what the error message was exactly.

Oh yes, so I see. I changed it, but it unfortunately doesn't work for previously sent messages.

Flashed it again:

"Writing BOOT:...
E:Error Finishing BOOT:
E:Failure at line 86:
write_raw_image PACKAGE:boot.img BOOT:
Installation aborted"

Yes, never had that with any other ROM. I've also tried a later CWM recovery in case it was an issue there, but that refused to work due to the usual script asserts issue. As mentioned, the MD5 matches, so it's not a corrupted ROM.
Are there no other similar stock-like GB rooted ROM I could try?
