Prl 3023

Or you can extract the PRL using the QPST, the steps are almost the same we use to write it, but instead pressing the "write" key you have to use the "read" key.

I don't have the tools that are needed to extract and upload it. I've never needed them, and don't plan on getting them. Here is a screen shot. It is un-edited.

I knew you weren't going to upload it. From your screenshot i can tell you are running a custom ROM. A developer made that ROM for the community which takes days and you can't take 5 minutes to extract and upload a PRL?

I feel the same way. I just don't understand why people would come on here to post a SS of them having it. And then not be willing to take the 5 or 10 mins it takes to pull it off and post it. It's kinda like they are saying HAHAHA i got this and you don't HAHAHA.:(

Agree with you. Those people are crap. Sorry AndroidForum but that is the truth!!!

I've never used this nor do I have it on my phone so I'm not sure what it improves but, here is 3023.
Now everyone just calm down.
 
Installed the 3023 from my old 3020 and don't notice any difference. No 3g in or around Detroit. Still my crappy NO SIGNAL 95%-99% in my house! Sucks. But oh well, hopefully metro will speed us up one day....
 
Oh yea just so u know when ur on wifi ur phone may show up as 3g. Lol. It did it to my phone and once ur turn wifi off it changes back to 1x.
 
I recently used qpst to go down from 3022 to 3020 and my network automatically someone updated my prl to 3023. 3g all around now. Dallas, Tx
 
I think it improved my text messaging. Since yesterday all my messages have sent without the "message not sent" error.
