Root Prl 33031

Any chance of anyone posting that PRL I can't seem to update my phone to get that prl, but I am rooted so I can change on the go .........thank you

Is this Sprint, Boost, or US Cellular's PRL you're asking for. Also do you by any chance have JSSA28's Kitkat Carbon Device tree as I might need that for reference.

Edit: I am using Sprint PRL : 60800 which works okay(ish) in my area

I believe it's a boost prl , and I don't have jssa28 carbon ROM I'm using his blue kingdom...I'm not a Dev ,, just a noob but I'm sure if you pm jssa28 he would share... Thank you........anyone ??????
