Root PRL switching in CM7 - Selecting Diagnostic mode

Hey all,

I was going to try to change my PRL while running CM7 yet I have now noticed I cannot select 'Select COM Port mode' as an available 'activity' while using AnyCut.

Does anyone know of another way to select Diagnostic mode while in CM7/2.3?

Thanks so much for any shared knowledge.

EDIT: Nvm, I see it's either always on when connected to USB, or at least is always seen on QPST.

I'm having this same problem...were you able to figure out how to get around this? I don't want to have to reboot my phone to try to see what COM port it's using...

CM7 appears to always be in diag mode.

BUT..... be aware that I've tried to write the PRL from CM7 and while it APPEARS to work, it also doesn't appear to change anything! I just got the code working to pull the actual PRL out of the radio on CM7 and heh, I updated that rat bastard yesterday under CM7 and... the old number is still there! GRRRR.

Be wary!
