PRL updating confirmed working using LG Motion method.

only changes are 1. You will get a fail warning after writing to phone, ignore it.
2. Phone will not automatically reboot, you must do a manual
reboot.

I think these are changes as I do not have a Motion and am not sure how the whole process goes.

i was going to try and pull it from my phone after updating through *228 but prl remained on 3032.
