Root PRL update warning

It says updated when I do it but it stays the same 61009 on Boost. I have bad service switch over to 1x rtt all the time and I loose connection and get the big red X. I need some help please

61009 is the latest prl for Boost. That is why it won't change. It's up to date. The other option you have is to change it manually. There is a thread in the all things root section that explains what you'll need to do to change it.
