Help PRL_ whats Right For Me?

ive been wanting to change my prls and update it.
i just dont know which one would be right for me.
i see all these numbered zip downloads but idk wich ones are close to me or if im even downloading for my state! xP
how do i figure this information out>?

91702 zip for california

is it the higher the prl the better the update?
or is it the lower?
 
Trail and error is how you find out. Oddly from what I've tested, for me, the boost prl is the best in my area. I haven't tried the 1xxxx business ones but I have a steady signal on the boost 61007 prl in 93426 area of Cali. All the other prls I 've tried are unsteady and I only live about a mile from the tower I connect too.
 
Well I'm pissed.
Cdma workshop did not work properly.
Phone was on com 19 (register version)
Idk which one I was gonna try first. But I was going for the highest number
 
You can go in to the advanced settings on your computer when you click on the COM in device manager and change the COM port number.
