Root Problem after flashing ROM

A few days ago I flashed Fresh and it seemed to be fine but now the phone keeps restarting all the time, to the point I just have to take the battery out for a few minutes. Any idea what's wrong? I'm new to all this so dummy it down for me!

did you set up setcpu? what kernel are you using? maybe try wiping cache, and dalvik cache.

Did you wipe data when you flashed the ROM? Is it rebooting when you're doing something specific, or at random.

Have you tried wiping data (factory reset) and reflashing the ROM?

Flashed a new rom, myns warm and still having problems. I followed the directions on the all things root sticky and it worked fine. The problem seems to be when I try to download from the market. The phone keeps restarting to the htc Evo screen over and over until I take the battery out. I did all the backups and wipes when I flashed.
